To cancel your order, it is necessary to contact our customer support team. This can be done by sending an email to our support email address. Once your request has been received, our team will ensure that your order is cancelled promptly. Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfilment center.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order delivery. Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support. If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
If you do not like Ofunbuds, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Return shipping fees may apply.
How to Return Products
To start a return, you have to contact us at accounts@funyotoys.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at accounts@funyotoys.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at accounts@funyotoys.com.
Restocking Fee
You will not be charged any return fee/restocking fee.
Return Shipping Fee
Customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
