Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ofunbuds. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout
- Cost: Shipping Cost is $3.99 for orders under $50. Free shipping for orders $49.99 and above.
Estimates Delivery Time
Handling Time: 1-3 days ( Mon - Fri )
Transit Time: 4 -8 Days ( Mon - Fri )
Order Cut off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (Los Angeles) every weekday.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Additional Shipping Information
- We strive to offer same-day fulfillment on most weekdays and Saturdays, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday night or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
- If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival, please contact us for a full refund or return upon reasonable proof.
- Cancellations must be submitted via email before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, please check your mailbox and contact the carrier with your tracking number for more information.
- Ofunbuds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed to the carrier.
- Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via email at accounts@funyotoys.com and we will provide you with the return address.
